I am a seasoned design enthusiast with a talent for fostering strong client relationships and deeply understanding target audiences. Over the past decade, I have spearheaded design teams, delivered impactful projects, and introduced innovative products across various industries such as e-commerce, finance, automotive, and sport.

In the last seven years, my leadership contributions have been instrumental within executive teams, providing mentorship, expanding client networks, and pushing creative boundaries on a global scale. In my prior positions at HCL Technologies and POSITIVE, I served as a pivotal figure in digital transformations, cultivating enduring client partnerships, and nurturing creative talent within agencies.

My passion lies in collaborating with clients and customers, ensuring their active involvement in the design journey. Collaborating with the IOC

I have collaborated with the IOC for almost three years, engaging with diverse teams on high-impact projects. Highlights include designing the 'global home of sport' at Olympics.com and .Org, launching four new brands in urban sports, esports, and the Olympic movement, and establishing marketing strategies for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Spending a Summer in Seattle

I collaborated with the Microsoft Surface consumer retail team in Seattle on a 12-week consulting project to enhance internal teamwork and envision the future of Microsoft Surface D2C online consumer retail.

Making a Difference to Millions of Shoppers

I collaborated with the world's fifth-largest grocery retail group on a multi-year, multi-country initiative to modernize and innovate in the grocery e-commerce sector. I oversaw all aspects of the grocery e-commerce journey, including loyalty programs and optimizing the shopping basket and checkout process. We introduced white-label design systems to cater to five different operating brands and rolled out entirely new retail concepts across Europe.

Making the daily work lives of 40,000 employees more prestige

I collaborated with Estée Lauder Companies over a two-year period in New York, delivering consultancy and design for their employee experience and corporate marketing teams. We implemented asset management systems for ELC's 52 brands, designed employee portals and self-service tools, and established a brand hub for ELC and its 40,000 employees.
